The Pub — Restaurant in Buffalo

I found this place on DoorDash, and wanted to give them a try. I ordered the barbecue burger, which was mentioned as homemade, which came with a few wings and macaroni salad as my sides. that was something different; to get wings as a side.

The wings and the macaroni salad that came with the burger were good, but the BBQ Burger itself had a strange taste and I can't quite put my finger on it but I didn't care for it very much. It also had a consistency more like a meatloaf.

For dessert I got chocolate chip cookies and their cake of the week which was really, really good. I'd go back again, but definitely not that...

It's an ok local pub not a place I would send people to as a destination. Good place you will run in to South Buffalo neighbors. We had wings they were good. I did go there another time to play a game of pool and kill a little time for a drink. Pool table was covered people were playing games and taking up the whole area which was odd. We like to play pool so we didn't stay. As far as the age thing someone commented on... I would have said the opposite and that it was an over 40 crowd for sure so I guess it depends...

The fish fry was so good!!! The fish was crispy and they gave me a huge piece! The tuna Mac salad was delicious and homemade. The fries were fresh cut and cooked perfectly. It also came with a sauerkraut pasta salad, coleslaw and bread with butter. Overall it was a excellent meal and I will definitely be ordering...
