The staff is lazy the go out smoke weed I have smelled it on them called them out on it. They don't answer call bells. They suck. They didn't bill my father's insurance.. gave us a 5000 dollar bill. They are incompetent.. NVR will I put him in for rehab again. No mercy hospital said he needed physical therapy. I had to get my dad's bedding extra blankets.. his food was cold.. shame on the lazy staff. When worked there I took pride in my patients.. and others calling for help . SHAME...
