Always get my order right Only issue today: it's really cold inside, like the ac was on fries, got cold before I sat down, and my only issue 🙃 ⚠️ "unlike ridge rd, who messes up, pay for items, especially if I wanted bacon on my burger south park actually puts it on. However, last time I went to Ridge Road, I have ended up paying for the bacon and got a plain hamburger, no cheese, no ketchup, nothing not even a flake of lettus but a burger for a whopper sandwich smh I will continue to buy here despite the coldness inside which is great after bike rides in summer so I'm still happy and full ty for always taking care of and feeding us in buffalo " If you treat the staff properly here on south park ave they are very nice 👍 and aim to fix any issues with your order 😀 staff are fabulous...

Honestly, I went through the drive-thru, ordered 18 cheeseburgers 11 value fries 2 value onion rings and two 10-piece chicken nuggets. They told me to park on the side of they're building to wait for my order. I waited for over 10 minutes, and they came out with 18 cheeseburgers and the 11 value fries. And told me to have a nice day. I looked at everything got out of my car walked inside ask the manager, by the way where are my 2 10-piece chicken nuggets and my 2 value onion rings. They gave me that after rustling around and on top of that they never gave me any type of sauce for the nuggets or the onion rings. I'm sorry but this place needs to get some employees with some common sense. The service was terrible. how are you going to eat chicken nuggets...

I went through the drive-thru, what a mistake that was. It was almost 17 minutes from the time I got in line with only 4 cars ahead of me to the time I got my food. It appeared that only 3 or 4 people and that's including the manager/assistant manager were working. My whopper Jr's. Were cold, thankfully my French fries were warm. Completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant, let alone their drive-thru! This was 3 times in a row that I've gone there and there was an excessive wait time in the drive-thru. I would absolutely go to a different location but there are no others near me. Maybe that's why they don't care about their wait times. If they can't get the orders taken and food out fast enough, then they Obviously need to have more...
