I was there a couple of days ago during lunch and the lady making my food forgot to add a topping I asked for. I noticed when the food was ready so I asked if it was added and a woman, who I assume is either the owner or the manager, literally started yelling at the lady in front of me and was very loud as if trying to make sure she drew attention to the situation and embarrass the lady. It really wasn't a big deal to me that she forgot to add it and I said I would take the food like that, and the lady was so nice, apologized and offered to make a new one but the owner or manager didn't let her because it seemed like she was more focused on yelling at her than anything else.
The woman behaved very unprofessional, not only in front of the customers but to the employee too. I will not be going there again if management or the owners treat their employees like that and I'm going to assume that they treat their employees like that all the time. People who treat employees like this, who think they are so much better because they have a business don't deserve to have it.
Edit: yes it is true, she did give me a free drink and she could've given me the entire meal for free but that didn't change the fact that she was unprofessional to the lady who prepared my food. Also, their reply to my review is interesting and...
Read moreI had lunch there on Wednesday, definitely enjoyed it. Unlike so many pizza joints, they do NOT charge for additional toppings. The price is fixed for the size you choose, whether you want one topping or everything they have, and that's quite a few.
The pizza is cooked in a large open oven (I assume it's gas, I didn't see a stack of wood anywhere :) ). The crust is just the right degree of crispy, where it doesn't sag under the weight of the toppings but also isn't a hard crust. Mine was a 10" pizza. They have a smaller 7" one that's a dollar less, and 2 larger sizes. I was in a bit of a hurry and didn't check the prices on those.
Surprisingly, they have a liquor license. You can get beer and wine, and of course they also have fountain drinks.
A selection of desserts are available. 10 or 12 flavors of ice cream, brownies, and I think a few other things (I skipped desert).
This location is so new that it's not showing up on Google Maps yet (as of 2020-02-20). It's in the Golden Park Village shopping center (where the Publix is), and is between the Lanier Islands Sun Club and the UPS store. I think it's where the Blimpies used to...
Read moreFirst things first, I really had to use the bathroom so I quickly ordered my food; which was very well prepared. I quickly rushed to the restroom as I almost didn’t make it. To a pleasant surprise my immediate reaction was that the restroom was clean. I rush to the first stall I saw and released all the built up pressure, after about 15 minutes I reach to where I would expect for the toilet paper dispenser to be however it was poorly located, I recommend that it is moved up and closer to the person on the toilet, not to mention that the quality of the toilet paper was poor; I needed up using so much that with the combination of the 2 in the toilet it almost did not flush, luckily it did. I exit the stall to wash my hands and the soap dispenser lacked directions for those of us that have difficulties doing daily tasks. After my encounter with the dispenser I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the soap however the water was quite chilly. Over all the bathrooms are intermediate and I will give...
