Went through the drive-thru I was only one of two customers so they were not busy I ordered a spicy chicken club just a sandwich Cheddar sticks and 2 nibblers ...Someone that's been in the restaurant business more than 20 years I have a pretty good understanding of how the service works inside the kitchen that being said whoever made my food must have gone out of their way to not only not look at the screen that the order was on but not even understand what a club sandwich is which that in itself is embarrassing I received just a sandwich with chicken (old) on it that's it but I was charged and ordered a club. the the cheddar bites were hot but didn't come with marinara which is usually a standard (arguably) and since they never asked I assumed it would be nope gave me ranch. it's incredibly disappointing and it's so frustrating cuz I never eat here but when I do I always look forward to it I drove almost 20 minutes to go here and the food was absolute mediocre at best but made incorrectly so no one's paying attention to the screens nobody's expediting and everybody's just goofing around on their phone I'm guessing. This is basic simple reading and following instructions of an order and it can't be done and possibly impossible at this location . I know I know how dare I show up expecting to get hot food spend nearly $20 and my order can't even be put together correctly what a jerk right? embarrassing performance from this location.. To be fair I could have checked the order but three items I didn't think it would be such a fumble I can't imagine if somebody ordered two combo meals with special instructions I guess the kitchen would have shut down and give you whatever is lying around.... Hopefully management does better with some huddle meetings and pays attention more in their kitchen and crew members making sure that they know how to make all items that are listed on the menu. Also this location did not give me a receipt when I requested one which is standard.. Wanted to let people know there's a scam going around where employees are taking credit card information... . Thank you once again for proving that it's always better to make your food at home.. next time I'll take my $20 get some chicken and Google how to make Zaxby's sauce then make a chicken club correctly so then you can refer to my posted pictures for...
Read morethis one of the restaurant's with the poorest customer service. We ordered 2 wing meals & one of them was completely wrong but to our demise we did not find out till we got home. We thought it would be as simple as going to the restaurant, pointing out their mistake, them fixing the meal & done. but not this place. this place will only take accountability for the part they made a mistake on. they only messed up the wings so that is the only thing they were willing to correct. maybe if this was a quick fix I wouldn't have been as upset.. but it took about 30mins to go back, get there, and have them fix the meal plus the time it took to get back home. meaning that by the time their mistake was corrected the entire meal was cold. but hey? they only messed up one thing so why correct everything, right? I understand they are trying to keep margins low & increase profit. When I called back and talk to a manager she then said they would be willing to replace the entire meal if I returned. Why would I want to waste another 30minutes of my day trying to correct this once again? I have been to multiple Zaxbys & this has been the only place with poor customer service. Word of advise; ALWAYS check your food prior to leaving this place. Because clearly problem resolution is not...
Read moreMy recent trip through the Zaxby's drive-thru turned out to be a frustrating experience that left me feeling disappointed and out of pocket. Despite spending a considerable $130, the service was shockingly poor, and my order was a complete mess. As I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I was met with long wait times and disorganized staff who seemed overwhelmed by the workload. After finally placing my order, l expected a smooth and efficient transaction. However, what followed was anything but. Upon receiving my order, I quickly realized that it was riddled with errors. Nearly half of the items I had paid for were missing, leaving me with an incomplete meal and a hefty bill to boot. Despite attempting to address the issue with the staff, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency in rectifying the situation. The combination of poor service and a botched order left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my Zaxby's experience. Spending $130 should guarantee a seamless dining experience, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality I encountered. I would caution others to think twice before opting for Zaxby's drive-thru service, as the risk of disappointment seems to outweigh the...
