Wendy's — Restaurant in Bunnell

By the way.. Im well educated and will tell you this.. If the reveiw is short and sweet.. Its a lie by the emplyees freind... 1st offensive.. ofter having cold chilli through drive through... Which took forever to aquire.. 2nd Time in matter of 4 months the chilli had no beef... Upon returning to the store.. After driving 10 miles away.. The old guy behind the counter says.. "Thats all we have.. ".. The manager steps in and says.. "Ill take care of this.." And proceeds to dish out a large chilli from some cooker in the back.. I ordered a small chilli.. As my health condition dis-allows very much meat at a time.. The 3rd time there was no meat.. And by the way.. These visits are all in succession... No meat again... By this time.. Im remembering the ads when they first started out... The ole lady with the phrase "whareres de beef??... So this time the manager took over again.. As the young girl didnt have any clue what to do... And wrote down my name for the next visit to once again have a large chilii on the house.. Well actually ive all ready paid... Next visit.. I got a small chilli.. Had to remind the young lady about the last time... She wanted to give me everything free.. But.. Im not like that.. I said ill pay for my frosty to go with the chilli.. And she proceeded to put the money i gave her in her pocket.. Instead of the registar.... Nah.. De last visit was the topping... I ordered small chilli.. Only.. The old man behind the counter is very quick about it.. And there is a line forming.. I look and.. No meat again... And again he says... Thats all we have.. I still complain.. And he tells me ive got all these others to wait on.. I complain once more... And he says.. If you dont like the chilli ..why you keep coming here.. He refunded my money.. No lunch for maxwell... Oh well.. Went to the new Taco Bell instead!!.. ADDED... forth visit... I dont knpw why.. Maybe corporte changed the recipe.. But for the 4th time now.. My favorite chilli has been slaghtered... Where is the beef??? Next to picketing the corp building... I dont know if Ill ever get this issue resolved... But... I would suggest to everyone who is able... To short the company stock... And make yaz some money off this... If corperate in fact changed putting chunks of meat in the chilli.... Im on my way to another Wendys to see what they have.. Im very well NOT...

My fiance and I were in the drive-thru at 10 til 10:00 p.m. last night. The lady with purple hair looked in disgust as she took our order. Obviously didn't turn off her microphone as she yelled - do we have any Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers left for the 4 for $4.00. Rudely, she said - yes we have them and then if you want Dr. Pepper, we don't have any. We had already ordered cokes with our meal. She never asked what kind of sauce for the nuggets. While at the window waiting for our food, you could see the employees tossing things in anger. Especially the one with purple hair. Apparently it was closing time and they were ready to go home. When we finally received our food, we proceeded to park so we could eat. Everything in the bag was cold. Not even luke warm and an open bbq sauce tossed on top. We immediately returned to the window to be told that they were closed and there was no way the fries could be cold. Jokingly, we said here, you try them. She yelled No- there's CORONA (not COVID) and I'm not touching anything. All while not wearing a mask or gloves. She proceeded to call the manager over - whom was just as rude. If we knew you were closing, we would not have ordered. Anyway, we asked for a refund since they were no longer cooking. The manager gave us twice the amount we paid and slammed the window closed before we could tell her she gave us to much. We then proceeded to go to Steak n Shake, with our refund, where the food was hot and we still had $$$ leftover. Worst experience ever at a Wendy's and I eat at them all the time. Personnel needs some training in...

Service on 11/9/2021 at Wendy’s location on Rt 100 Palm Coast FL

30 minutes in line at the drive through Got to the service window and were ignored for another 5 minutes while we watched staff walking around ignoring us. Staff walking around ignoring us had bare backs showing from ridden up Shirts…how appetizing is that??!! Very disrespectful window operator when she heard our complaint about the wait- after 30 mins we were just waiting on 2 double cheeseburgers and fries. Really?? Standard order!! She closed the window on us after telling us we were STILL waiting on the burgers! Despite the millions of dollars Wendy’s Marketing spent on competing with McDonalds about Fries, the wait on the doubles made the fries cold and unappetizing. Despite the advertisement guarantee about the fries. By the way, the ONLY REASON we went to Wendy’s last night was actually to try these new and improved fries!! The very disrespectful window operator ignored me honking the horn about the fries. She closed the window on me. When I would not move she finally opened the window and told me to move away from the window to wait for new fries. AFTER NOW 35-40 mins in line!! By this time, the poor people behind us had the same experience we had waiting way too long for FAST FOOD!

I will NEVER go to a Wendy’s again AND I will make sure EVERYONE KNOWS about this particular location and it’s lack of...
