Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Burbank

First and foremost, this is an overall great place with a small downside. When you pull up to the place you'll notice its two buildings, that's because the building to the left is their HQ, and the store to the right is their flagship store. The parking lot is pretty small, with mostly compact spaces, but even though the spaces seem too small, they can get a mid size SUV in there nicely. There are wider spaces to the left out of the way, but its not usually that busy, especially during the winter months. You also have a choice of going through the drive through, which is a pretty good alternative if the store is busy inside. When you walk in, you're greeted by an employee, and each time I've gone in they've always been really nice and offered to let me try a handful of flavors once(slow day). Cakes are right in front of the door, with a small dunkin donuts coffee display to the left of the ice cream flavors. They have these cool little aluminum bottles of soda that I always get, and they have a seating area if you desire to eat your ice cream there. Not much else to say but this place is very clean, friendly employees, fast service, and great ice cream, its just the parking lot that's a SLIGHT problem, but...

On nov 26 at 6 pm I came and Kevin was not here. Little did the workers there know that I heard the conversation they were talking bad about kevin the manager saying he overreacted about some application or something just not professional at all. There were five workers and it was three that were together. Also one of the girls was on her phone the whole time and another was eating? Super unprofessional and not okay. Why have five people on the shift when only two are working, one is eating, one is on the phone and the boy is with these two talking smack about Kevin. If looking at cameras, it was three closest to drive thru being unprofessional in these ways. I would not have hired these type of people for my business. Eating and being on the phone is for breaks and not on the floor where customers can see. Take your job more seriously and watch what you speak about the managers. Kevin, be careful who you hire. This is actually one of the nicest BR I have been to, ever. It is very modern with dine in, carryout, AND drive-through options. It is clean and well lit as well as well stocked. I liked this place because they had a lot of other dessert treats besides just ice cream. Treats like their standard ice cream cakes and bananas, but also different ones like their mango fruit bars and mini personal ice cream cakes. The service was ok. There were four employees, and it seemed that if you don't let someone help you right away, you may have to wait a bit. I think just know what you want when you get there and it should work out fine. Also, I'm not sure about your local BR, but ours does not accept the deals offered through the app on our phones. I suppose they are an independently owned BR?
