El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Burbank

This is my favorite EPL by far. Growing up in LA, I’ve been eating EPL for over 25 years now and sadly the quality has been declining. At many other locations, the salsas and onions are often spoiled (which is so frustrating and ruins a meal), the customer service is brusque and unfriendly, and the overall experience is subpar.

This location however is exemplary. When you order your chicken ‘juicy’ this location shows you the pieces in advance for your approval before handing you the bag, that’s a detail they’re supposed to do everywhere but you hardly see it anymore.

The employees here are always friendly and accommodating, and the food is always fresh. I’ve become selective with my dining experiences and while I love EPL and the flavor it brings, I’ve had to cut down on going due to the inconsistent quality. I’m so glad I found this location which is near one of my job sites. Now at least I know I can count on a good old fashion EPL meal whenever...

OMG! Best chicken I’ve had!! I really recommend trying pollo loco and it’s all great food. they also have some delicious tasty burritos . you can pick more than there is. There’s several burritos you can choose from the menu my favorite is the avocado burrito , and you when you take bite of the burrito, it’s like a flavor full of deliciousness . Hands down the best burrito in my opinion. There’s also family pack like 16 pieces of chicken for the whole family, I got that one for my family omg they loved it came with 3 sides as well so I got mash potatoes and etc. they also have these tasty double chicken tostada salads like what !!! Salads inside a tostada?! Best delicious salad I’ve had in my life literally and the tostada crunchy and tasty yes that’s what I call a salad . Anyways I really recommend going guys it’s worth it!!! First of all, it indicates that it is a drive-through and it is not. Waited 15 minutes before my order was filled. I got the stuffed quesadilla and it was cold and soggy in the middle. Usually it’s served with two sauces which were missing and when I asked for them I was given attitude. I also ordered a vegetarian enchilada (rice beans cheese) and it was filled with chicken and I was charged for extra avocado, which I was never given. They called my number and I stepped to the front with my receipt, and was aggressively asked my number- when I confirmed it was the number she called out for some reason she rolled her eyes and threw shade at me. Weird. I was back in the car and we didn’t realize how cold my quesadilla was or that the rice bean cheese enchillada was actually filled with chicken and so inedible for the vegetarian....
