I would have left a one-star review if it wasnât for one person, and Iâll get to him shortly. My experience with the woman who attempted to help me with my registration issue was nothing short of frustrating. She was unfriendly, unprofessional, and downright rude. Instead of explaining why she couldnât help me, she acted as if my paperwork was suspicious, questioning me in a way that felt accusatory. Then, without a proper explanation, she bluntly told me to âgo to the DMV.â Now, I would have been completely fine with being referred to the DMV if it had been said politely and with some level of professionalism. But the way she said it felt more like I was being brushed off and kicked out. To make matters worse, when I went to the DMV in Glendale immediately after, they resolved the issue in under five minutesâwithout a single question or problem. The DMV even confirmed this was something AAA could have easily handled. Meanwhile, I couldnât help but notice two other gentlemen assisting members with DMV matters in a polite and professional way, and I truly wish one of them had been the person helping me.
The only reason this review isnât one star is because of Victor in the insurance department. Victor is simply exceptional. From the moment I sat with him, he had a positive, upbeat energy that never faded throughout our entire 20-minute conversation. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly friendlyâhandling everything I needed quickly and with a genuine smile the entire time. His professionalism and personality are on a completely different level. If anyone at AAA deserves recognition, itâs him. I would absolutely recommend Victor to anyone needing insuranceâheâs the kind of person who makes you feel valued and well...
Read moreA bit disappointed with the service I had yesterday. I went very early around 9:15am to have one of our car registered, everything was ok at first line was not too long, I feel good and productive until when I was about to pay using my cc, the POS terminal they have is not connecting they say its like this in the morning. So we tried and tried until she asked me to just come back at a later time. Tell her name at the check in to not have to wait in line. It was my last day to have it registered to avoid paying penalties, I know, sorry. Anyway, I got off early at work went there around 420pm, told the check in lady her name and voila, Iâm still back in line. I didnât complain, I was patient and just waited for my turn. Fortunately, I was assigned to the same lady, she remembered me and was wondering why I had to wait in line, told her its ok I donât mind letâs get on with paying, I hope POS terminal is working, she said its good now and been using it. So far so good, until all of a sudden she realized the car was not registered to me but to my uncle. It was not a problem that morning we were trying to charge my card already. Iâm a AAA member and so is my uncle. Does it really matter that Iâm renewing it? Why does she need my uncleâs credit card instead of mine? I donât get it. If I did it online, I wonât worry about this. So what happened, I had to pull out cash to pay for it which I felt like I shouldâve just done in the morning to avoid wasting time. I went back and forth thinking I can use my card because I was trying to budget my expenses for the month. Anyway, bad day I guess. Hope will experience a better AAA...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this AAA branch, particularly from Angeli Tan, Marissa Bell, and Destiny. Despite multiple attempts since 2024, my vehicle registration issue remains unresolved â not due to the complexity of the situation, but due to the repeated failure of staff to provide meaningful assistance or even basic follow-through.
Destiny, in particular, displayed a poor attitude throughout our interaction. Rather than listening to my concerns, she interrupted with dismissive and snarky remarks after each question I asked. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but deeply frustrating during an already stressful situation.
When I escalated the matter to the branch supervisor, I was shocked to hear the suggestion that I not call DMV because "they donât know what theyâre doing." Frankly, this lack of accountability and passing the blame is unacceptable â especially from a service provider that advertises DMV-related support as a key benefit of membership.
After investing considerable time and energy into trying to resolve a straightforward issue, Iâve been left with nothing but frustration and more work on my end to clean up AAAâs mistakes. I expected better from an organization that prides itself on service and support, but unfortunately, that has not been my...
