La Michoacana Monarca — Restaurant in Burbank

I was really excited to see a Michoacána opening here in Burbank (north Hollywood). I came in with my family to enjoy a refreshing snack. Rosie was who attended us. I couldn’t hear her well because they had really loud music playing. She seemed to not have so much patience. My husband was holding the baby and he almost slipped because there was water all over the floor without a causation wet floor sign. We did order a lot so I saw that Wendy was available to help me. Rosie seemed annoyed and when I asked a question she told me to ask Wendy and Rosie no longer helped me. One other thing is they take along time to make an order and while they are making the orders they are gossiping with each other. I did see that there is a lot of reviews on here about bad customer service. I really do wish you best in this business so if you care I hope you at least have a word with them. In honest truth, this place has its ups and down. It can be very loud and very hard to communicate with the workers. However despite this, the atmosphere is nice and has a lot of Mexican feels to it. I do want to preface after some insider information. The owners of this company are very rude. Verbally abusing and demand outrages labor. They also threaten the workers with “law sues” and claim they “are giving them a favor for keeping tips”. The workers there are nice and are just trying to make a living. And try to be as out going as possible under these conditions. As for the food, it can definitely be tasty and yummy. But due to the petty owners, they can hold some fruits and other merchandise for longer and it should. Idk who is hiring or who the manager in this place is but I’ve been to this location multiple times and they just have the worst customer service ! As a franchise the owner should really take in consideration this yelp reviews because at the end of the day it’s his money. I went in and ask for a crepe as displayed in their very own wall and the lady said “ughhhhh” really loud and it made me feel uncomfortable to even order anything else. The other time I ordered pepinos locos and same thing but different person! They don’t want to do anything besides pour the fresh drinks or scoop ice cream! The easy things!
