Very bad first impression. Let's start with finding a pubic hair in my atol. I was drinking and all of a sudden felt a hair in my mouth and when I took it out I was disgusted threw the drink away. Then let's move to the pupusas they are about the size of a corn tortilla and so overdone most of them were almost dry the ingredients were dry too plus at 3.25 a pop i expected more flavor and bigger size. First time here, parking was a bit crowded inside the plaza. The restaurant was a small place with limited tables and seats. When you enter it does have a nice native home ambiance. Customer service was great with great prices on their food. I decided to get 3 pupusas, two revueltas and one con queso y chicharon. Food was freshly made which was perfect for this cold weather. I had called in for a pick order, asked for 6 pupusas, rice and beans, and plantains. The employee charged me for 9. The pupusas were covered in oil to the point they were dripping. The casamiento (rice and beans) had no flavor, almost as if I was eating cardboard. There was no parking and cars would double park in the lot, making it harder to move around. I was becoming doubtful about the quality of food when I couldn't find a Dept. of Health Grade in the window or near the entrance. Would NOT RECOMMEND this...
