Pinball Pizza — Restaurant in Burbank

The pizza was pretty unsatisfying, didn't feel like enough cheese or bread. The worst part was the wait however. I ordered over the phone for a delivery and they said 40-45 minutes and it took them an hour and a half to deliver less than a mile away. I could have literally walked there, ordered eaten AND walked back by the time it was delivered. Furthermore I wasn't told of any delays, when I called them after an hour wait checking to see if there had been a delay all they said was "it should be there in a few minutes they're almost there"...of course almost there means another 30 minutes. Even if this was an amazing pizza I would never order from here again but like I prefaced it was bland and unsatisfying. Customer service is not good, price is good and quality also pretty good. Person answering phones is hard to understand and has no customer service, i had never been here so i asked for a large pizza and wings for dine in and he said ok ready in 20 min. So i arrive and realized that they have no room for dine in, i asked him why he didn't tell me and he just laughed and said you should of know that. ( Im from out of town) if you want a quick bite for a good price this is a good place to come only giving 3 stars because of the customer service food...

We skipped this place because I wanted it to have pinball machines and when it was take out only it made me a bit salty. Haha. But I’m really glad I got over it! Great pizza and prices.m! With this place you may need to try a few different crust styles to figure out your favorite but once you do the specials are great, sauce is great, and buffalo wings are perfect.
