I am so happy I found this hidden gem while walking around on Magnolia Blvd. I was in the area for an event but arrived early so I decided to just walk around and see what shops were here. I stopped in front of this small stop and looked at their window display and saw that they were #1 for bread in Burbank according to Yelp so I knew I had to try it. When I walked inside, there was already 1 other guest in the store and she been there before. She was telling me about their bread and how she's going to travel soon so she wanted to take the bread with her. Patrick was the person helping me and he let me try their 3 different bread sample. I've made better bread myself, and if I were making it myself, 2 loaves at a time using one dutch oven, I'd probably have to charge $20 a loaf, but a bread business shouldn't have to, and if they do, then the business model needs some work! To add to the ridiculousness of the cost, they hand you a little card of "care instructions," all just a false inflation of worth, when the bread itself just doesn't...
