I attempted to order Tuesday Drop, Cheesy burrito dips for 1$. The app malfunctioned. One employee said she couldn’t help because she doesn’t know anything about the app. The second employee attempted to help but said I don’t have points to redeem. I had to explain to the employee that this is a promotion. I think this Taco Bell doesn’t train their employees to be up to date with what offers are being offered. Apparently management, Veronica, told me that I didn’t redeem it fast enough, when I redeemed it at 2:00PM. She could care less really, since she was texted someone on the phone while trying to help me out. I guess her personal conversation was more important than helping a customer. Thank you Veronica, I appreciate your attentive response to my issue.
If I was the franchise owner of this location, I would fire every employee that’s working here at 2:00PM, Tuesday, January 28, 2025.
Go to another Taco Bell, the employees from Veronica to the cash register people don’t care about your concerns.
EDIT: I went to the Taco Bell down the street and they were able to honor the reward. What a difference it makes to make sure you hire good management...
