First time there & got my order wrong, lady thought i wanted a dipio when all i said was, i wanted added shots to a drink, if i wanted a dipio, I'd say that💁🏼‍♀️ she making her costumers feel bad & like it's they're first time there or don't know what they're saying, the other time this happened was with someone who happened to not be white like me, thinking this is a racial thing🤔 she had no difficulties with the white people in front of me, maybe i spoke to fast but didn't have to make faces & be rude. Seemed to me like if she wasn't new then she was just slow to understand cuz i knew what i meant, she couldn't even get the drink iced like i asked cuz she was hooked up on thinking i wanted a "separate drink" when i just wanted added shots 💁🏼‍♀️ they need to train they're employees & have better costumer service. I’ve been going to Starbucks for over a decade and even worked at Starbucks for over two years and never once have I felt so disrespected and mistreated by any employee the way I was today.

Totally ignored me, disregarded what I had to say when I simply was asking for a splash more oat milk. Then she literally tried to walk away in a petty show of contempt leaving my coffee ready to go just out of reach behind the counter.

I tipped, paid, and when I worked at Starbucks we tried to be friendly and get people out the door as quickly as possible. We did not try to hold people up just to show them who is “in charge” of the coffee.

So disappointed in fact that I am never returning to this location and will be hesitant to enter any Starbucks as the experience has left a very bad taste...

Poor service and unsanitary practices. I stopped by to pick up my online order and found all four employees having a very relaxed conversation behind the counter. As I asked for my drink, expecting it to be ready, one of the workers began to pull out the receipts from the online order machine, at least 5 of them, and began to make the drinks. So, I got to see first hand as this girl poured a shot of espresso into a visibly dirty glass that is stained at the rim. Next, she proceeded to steam the milk without purging the wand before or after the process.
