Just look at the amount of 1 star reviews this place has on Yelp as well. Upon reading most of the reviews this location needs a huge attitude adjustment. You can’t be entitled working at a corporation. Lol As someone who frequents Starbucks multiple times a week and as a former partner with over five years of experience, I can confidently say this is hands down the most offensive and unwelcoming location I have ever visited.

Upon needing to use the restroom (which, fine, requires a purchase), I bought a $5 cheese danish, a minimal courtesy I've extended at countless other stores without issue. I then requested two waters, a simple and reasonable ask, and was informed I could only have one. Really? Is hydration now being rationed at this location?

The atmosphere was just as disappointing, employees, dripping with attitude and zero hospitality. There seems to be a bizarre culture here where rudeness is mistaken for personality, particularly among staff who appear to believe brightly dyed hair is a free pass for snarky behavior. Newsflash, it isn't.

This store fails on the most basic level, making customers feel welcome. The customer service was not just subpar, it was embarrassing. I expected better, especially from a brand that prides itself on warmth, connection, and consistency.

An UNREAL starbucks experience! Alex was so kind and helpful that it completely uplifted my mood and set the tone for my day. Like wow, I’ve never had such amazing customer service at any starbucks in the world. I didn’t know the max tip in the app was only $5 or I’d have left the cash! I was looking for a reusable cup to gift my friend and with his help I ended up taking 3 cups home. I almost forgot I was in a starbucks getting coffee at 7am, it felt more like shopping with a friend… but for coffee? haha I’m disappointed this isn’t my local starbucks, I wish every visit put a smile on my face this big! I overheard him talking to his staff as well and he seemed so genuinely committed to serving the best coffee they could make. It was my first time in and everyone was so friendly that it easily and instantly became my favorite Starbucks. Oh and the coffee was good of course! If only i could give them a five star. The staff/baristas are all cool people. I am here so much most of them remember my order. I bring my own cup everyday because you get 25 extra starbucks points when you do. Also coffee tastes better out of a mug instead of a plastic cup which I did not know until recently. I would say the only reason I can't give them a five star is because they have what they call a community board but the community can actually put up anything on it because someone put up a life insurance which then made them say that you can't put any cards up. Anyways in an attempt to circumvent that I offer you pictures of caramel Frappuccinos and my business card. I work very close to this Starbucks.
