Hazel's Tap Room — Restaurant in Burke

Such a delightful space. Everything was quaint and thoughtful and welcoming.

The string lights, the indoor/outdoor seating, the mind-blowing Vermont beer tap list, the SLOSHIES (yes, you read that right... adult slushies are here and they are dangerously delicious), the lawn down to the creek, the super kind staff... I could go on and on about my favorite Hazel things.

What a treat of a spot to relax in after biking all day. Added bonus to enjoy a local pop-up BBQ dinner one of the (several) nights I visited!

Parking was easy for cars AND bikes, and the vibes were absolutely perfect from start to finish.

Great vibe in a place where you can have a couple beers, glasses of wine or "sloshies". The staff are super friendly and excellent. The beer is cold and the lines and glasses are clean. There are about 8 tap lines, a number of canned and bottled offerings. The "sloshies" are frozen fruited drinks.

Indoors there is lovely seating with a shuffleboard table and various games. Outdoors there are comfortable outdoor seating near the tap room, then a corn hole set and finally some seating and a fire pit next to the brook. Lovely!

Really what more could you ask for?! A cozy, thoughtful, fun, lively but relaxing place to come celebrate a day well spent out on the trails. Amazing tap list of local brewers and even their very own SLOSHIES (delicious alcohol slushies NOT to be missed) if you’re feeling like a treat on a hot summer day! Perfect setting to enjoy both outdoors and indoors, all complete with a shuffle board table.
