I did this challeneg last year an was at a different place in my life physically an probably mentally. More physical this time foresure. Read moreI started the #war24 challenge(24 days of mental, physical, and food challenges) at Nutrition Kings with the hopes of seeing big physical changes after 24 days of workout challenges. While I have definitely succeeded in this(lost body fat and increased muscle mass), I did not realize that I would gain so much more in the way of the daily mental challenges. Some of the workouts really pushed my mental limits, as they seemed impossible right off the bat. However, your mindset is everything and if there’s one thing I’ve learned from war24, it’s that your mindset truly determines the outcomes of the challenges. If your mind is strong, you can accomplish anything. I have realized that I can succeed in even more than I had previously thought possible. For those with goals, whether it be working out, higher education, pursuing a career change, etc., I recommend putting yourself out there and taking the risks. They are all focused on helping people find their healthy through diet and exercise (Herbalife is only part of the diet, they encourage healthy eating too).
They never pressured me to workout with them. Said I could commit to what I was willing to. Once, I reached 40 pounds lost, I decided I wanted to keep it off. I wanted to try these crazy workouts I saw on their Facebook page. It’s a blast!
