Whoever the ladie was that was working is very disrespectful, has manners but just cause you say please doesnt mean you can have an attitude, hopefully I never see her again, definitely not going back. I guess for my first time being there not understanding the rules and correcting myself means I should be treated as less than someone else, or 2 wrongs make a right, me being unprofessional makes it okay for management to do the same, good way to run a business, my opinion won't change on that, and we live in Burley everywhere I go nobody seems to care about covid so I assumed this place was the same, my bad on that I did step back out and get a mask and wait outside like I was supposed to and still got an attitude, and told how to do my job which honestly seems pretty unprofessional to me, you can post publicly as professional as you want, but the way you acted wasn't. I hope nobody has the experience I had when going there, thank you for proving my point. Also sorry for not knowing the blueprints to how your windows work maybe put a bench outside if you want people to wait out there, you didnt speak to me about anything you just said you would let me know when its ready and to wait outside...

Wanted to charge me for a cup holder to deliver their product to a paying customer. I kindly said no thanks.

Edit: 1/4/22. I looked at the merchant contract under door dash and you are wrong. Below is directly from the merchant contract. I contacted door dash support and they confirmed you are required to provide a cup holder for your business that primarily makes cups of stuff. Door dash and more importantly the customer tips pay me to deliver for door dash certainly not you.

Provide the same utensils, napkins, bags and other materials that Merchant would typically provide in a standard take-out or delivery order, subject to Section 15(b);

I'm only giving one star cause it's absolutely insane to me the pricing! That might I add is very, very, very over inflated! But the thing that upset me was the fact that I had to pay for a to go cup and pay for a to go box! Like what!? Those are all business expenses that should be factored into the price of the product not charged when I can't finish my food! I get that times are tough but no product is worth price gouging your customers! And certainly not at 10 bucks for a cup of coffee! I should get my cup for free! She said it was because they took away their tipping and raised their prices, yet she had a tip jar which I don't blame them for accepting tips but I'm absolutely mind blown! The food was great and service was good but be prepared to spend 20-30 a person...
