My boyfriend and I went to thr Canton Restaurant a few weeks ago, we had never heard of it until that day when we were looking for chinese restaurants, jutzy knowing we wouldn't like anything Asian we found, then this place popped up. We decided to give it a try and wow! We weren't disappointed at all, we were so impressed with the food, thr hot & sour soup- was very good, as well as the eggrolls & mandarin chicken (which is what I had & my boyfriend mongolian beef. The place was nice and clean, with beautiful paintings,, Asian decor. The waitress was very nice, and patient with all of my questions, (because I had several) and checked on us regularly. This seemed to be our buried treasure because we had been looking for YEARS and we finally found the best Asian food in Twin Falls and surrounding areas as well. We have ordered many times from here since they opened in Burley. We would eat here when they were in Twin Falls as well. Recommended to us when we moved here. Food has always been fresh and good. It may depend on the food you order or if you have eaten in other places. We would eat Shon hinge mandarin which has been my fav for almost 20 years now. It taste just the same here. I’m happy. They also have Vietnamese egg rolls another of my fav that is hard to find. They don’t serve with lettuce and fish sauce but I can do that at home. Service by Twee is always great. Absolutely some of the best Pho I have ever had thr pleasure of consuming! The owner and server are truly amazing people! Very courteous, informative and not at all pushy.

The portion sizes! The bowl is so huge, it wasn't until i was nearly full that I found what seemed to be a pound of sliced steak at the bottom!

Beware the hot sauce.... it's BEYOND HOT but chocked full of great chili flavor if you can stand the heat.
