Regularly bringing in lunch for 25-30 people can be stressful, and you quickly get tired of the same options. Someone mentioned trying Burley Brothers BBQ and I am so glad that I did. They took the stress out of the entire process. Not only was the food delicious, but it was ready when requested and they even covered the finer details of providing forks and napkins. I have been wanting to try this out for a while and finally did today. I definitely should have gone earlier because this was amazing! I got the Carolina sandwich (pulled pork with coleslaw, a slice of bacon, Carolina sauce, and honey mustard sauce) and it came with macaroni salad and a cucumber onion salad. My husband and I stopped here for a quick lunch break while traveling and it was the best food stop we made the whole trip! My husband got the brisket sandwich and I got the pulled pork with Memphis style BBQ sauce, it was to die for!!!!
