Rino's Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Burlington Township

All I can say is... I can't understand how this restaurant doesn't have a five-star rating across the board??!!! Their food quality is always consistently great, there's never any skimpy meals, obviously by the pictures I posted their hoagies are packed to the max and ARE THE BEST HOAGIES I've EVER eaten in this Burlington area! Rino's has become my #1 favorite Italian restaurant. Unfortunately, I've never been inside the restaurant but I do use them regularly for home delivery, which may I add is always VERY fast! They are also very friendly and polite on the phone and very accommodating and apologetic if a mistake happens like when my daughter's soda wasn't delivered with her meal. Thank you all for treating my mother with respect and for being so prompt with her order. My Mom, Dee runs the Bingo at the Burlington VFW in Burlington on Thursday Nights. She ordered 6 plain pies for the snack bar that night. The gentleman on the phone offered her a great deal, her delivery person was right on time and was very professional and nice to her. As a child of an older parent, I’m always afraid that people are not going to treat her right because she isn’t as young as she once was, however Rino’s was amazing and we will be using their services again. The food here was horrible as well as it was freezing cold in the restaurant the entire time I was there. I ordered the scampi instead i got a dish drenched in lemon juice as opposed to the butter or wine sauce that it should have come with. I actually have a house around the corner from this restaurant and I realized today why I had never been to this place. I do not think cooking is the chefs forte. There has to be another arena he will excel in. The service was okay. I would like a refund..,, I feel bad because it was a gift from a friend kind of but don’t want to waste...
