The food quality of the hoagie I received from Primo's Hoagies in Burlington Township, made by the worker at the time, was shockingly disappointing. The hoagie, which is supposed to be a delicious combination of fresh ingredients and flavors, fell far short of expectations. The bread was stale and chewy, and the fillings lacked freshness and flavor. The lettuce was wilted, the tomatoes were mushy, and the meat had a strange, unappetizing texture. It was evident that the ingredients used were not of the quality one would expect from a reputable hoagie shop like Primo's. Overall, my experience with this particular hoagie left me with a sense of dissatisfaction and a longing for the high-quality hoagies I had come to expect from this establishment.

Maybe I should have just asked for my lettuce and onion on my hoagie instead. Since I asked for it on the side I got hardly enough for half of the hoagie. And I’m not even going to be able to use it because it’s brown…. I also asked for mayo on the side and have to come back to get it.. I’m glad I checked before driving all the way home. I love the bread here and the fact that they slice the deli meats per order. But hate that I paid $14 and change for a hoagie and can’t fully enjoy it cuz I was given brown lettuce and even if the lettuce was fresh they should think about the portion size since I did get a primo size.

While I was here last week, I miss my points on my account and while I was back this week, Ricardo helped me to find my points on my account. I appreciate it due to the fact that this was for a very personal reason and I always come here. This guy is rock when it becomes too service.

I honestly wish we could give zero stars... we have been ordering from them almost every Wednesday for over a month now through grub hub .. normally they take longer than Normal but today was unlike anything we have EVER EXPERIENCED. We ordered our food at 11:00 am through grub hub. Got a notification saying it was in its way and would arrive 1140 which our 20 minute window which we had for a lunch break was at 12:00 noon so it was perfect.. 11:40 came and passed ... than 11:45.. than 12:00 .. than 12:30... than 12:45... than almost one still nothing. And MIND YOU we had constantly been calling the store to check the status because this is beyond ok.. and they put us on HOLD EVERYTIME WE CALLED!! Finally after like the 15th call I said DO NOT PUT ME ON HOLD. Some young kid answered and h explained to him how we have been waiting over an hour, he had no response and just said he can’t get Ahold of the driver for like thirty minutes and he had no solution.. also we asked for a manager he said the driver is the manger.. what a fine establishment.. again he had no answer and the more aggregated we became he started LAUGHING!!! FINALLY after 90 minutes the driver came and Just said “sorry about that” and the food clearly had just been sitting in her car for 90 minutes the cheese was all melted and the turkey sandwich which is normally cold was baked from the sun .. macaroni salad and potatoes salad both hot .. now after all that we were afraid to eat the food that sat out in the sun clearly! Unbelievable .. will never EVER order from here again. By far the WORST dining experience I have...

I see a lot of people saying they received great service but i have to say different in my first experience at Primos. The young lady was very rude and unprofessional. I paid for my order with my card placed my card in her hand and held my hand out to receive it back. And she clearly saw that but placed my card on the counter. But i guess she realized she was wrong and then put it in my hand.0n top of that charged me for 3 cookies but she made it clear to us that they were 3 for 3 dollars but only put 2 in the bag. So i had to come back in and tell her she only put 2 in the bag after she charged me for the three. But then sarcastically says have a nice day. A real cocky attitude to be in customer service. The customer is not always right but should always be respected. Especially when my dollars contribute...

I apologized and gave my order she said ok and to wait atleast 45 minutes to pick up I said thank you and kind of want to call and cancel...
