If you don’t need any after-sales service or support, this store is fantastic. The staff are truly professional — very presentable, excellent at what they do, and incredibly polite. Kudos to them, and my sincere thanks.
However, when it comes to after-sales service, the experience was an absolute disappointment. Writing all the details would be tedious both for me and for anyone reading this, so let me just summarize: their communication skills are poor, and the technicians they send to your home are rude and unprofessional.
Here’s just one example to illustrate: When I politely asked them not to enter my home wearing the shoes they wore outside, they lectured me about how it would be “a serious safety hazard” and “against work safety regulations” — even though they were wearing nothing but cheap fabric sneakers with foam soles.
The assembly/service team is so uninterested in actually solving problems that they’ll tell you, “This part needs to be serviced — we’ll make a note, and the next crew will take care of it,” only to leave you waiting for weeks and then show up again without actually fixing the issue.
When we purchased our furniture, the process took a few months, and during that time we stayed in constant communication — thank you to the sales staff for that. We even told them that our house is three stories tall and shared the real estate listing with them to make sure the delivery and assembly would go smoothly. And yet, at the end, the store’s management claimed, “Nobody ever told us your house had multiple levels.”
In short, there are many more things I could say, but it’s simply not worth the time. The disappointment I felt with the after-sales experience is what prompted me to leave this review here.
Special thanks to Ali, the sales representative — he never once lost his professionalism. I truly hope the store’s management could take a lesson or two from him.
