K.K.’s barbarque and cartering — Restaurant in Burlington

I've been anxious to try this place. It's simply a couple of smokers in a parking lot with a truck, so it's strictly a takeout place. I was absolutely blown away by how good the barbecue was. I got a whole rack of St Louis ribs which was fairly expensive but they gave you so many ribs and they were so meaty that I feel like I got a bargain. But most importantly, the ribs were banging good! Extremely smoky and tender but they still had some texture to them which I prefer to ribs that simply fall apart. I hear the brisket is also fantastic so I'm looking forward to going back. This is classic barbecue...
