This review is for the store, not the gas station. This particular Wawa location has been in business for many years, but over the past few years has really gone downhill. I’m there most days of the week for one thing or another for the convenience. But lately it’s just a hot mess express! Most of the employees look miserable and it really shows in the complete lack of anything resembling customer service. The few caring people that were there seemed to have moved on to better opportunities. The manager, Tom, is no shining example. I recently had a problem with an order and asked for assistance. He barely acknowledged me, let alone apologize for the problem and told me to wait around till he had time to help me. After more than 10 minutes of standing around in the store, I gave up. He runs the ship like a leaking sieve and it shows- complete disregard for customers and their time. And if you’re using the app to place orders ahead, don’t expect that to run smoothly either. Either the order is wrong or isn’t ready when promised. I understand it’s challenging to find competent help right now, but let’s start with some decent management that will set an example and explain to employees a quaint little concept called...

The staff, including one manager are thieves. Last December I purchased 12 $10 gift cards, woman manager handled this transaction, only to realize later they all were inactive! Wawa straightened it out but after putting me through so much proving. A few months later, the heavy set Jamaican/Haitian woman cheated me out of $10 which I immediately brought to her attention. Instead of doing the right thing, she chose to argue. I let it go. A month after, the same woman cheated me from my scratch off winnings ($45), but she gave me $29 instead. I had to go through a bunch to get that rectified. Then, the sassy manager (a man, quite sassy) took the woman's side after correcting her error. Watch these folks because if they believe they can steal from you, they will, and the sassy manager will uphold them all....
