I've lived in Burlington since 2019, and Beijing Garden quickly became a go-to spot after a co-worker recommended it. It didn't take long to see why. It's a consistent 5-star experience every time.

BAD FOOD, BAD SERVICE, Crazy Lady lol I ordered for pick up, paid the girl at the register when I arrived, still had to wait a few minutes for food. Another woman comes out from the kitchen with 2 orders, asks my name and proceeds to tell me the total. I told her I already paid and reached for the bag. This woman tightens her grip, pulls the bag back, smiles at me like a mannequin and, while she's still staring at me, speaks in a Chinese dialect. Then she says something else to the girl I paid, who sat there reading her magazine (so professional, but whatever). The woman repeated herself and the girl says, "Oh, yeah. She paid," to which still creepy smiling crazy lady says, "Oh, sorry," and releases her death grip on the food bag that she's taken hostage. I should've just told her to keep the food and refund the payment because the food sucked!! Out of the 3 of us who ordered together, all of us were mucho disappointed. Especially after that lady clung to it like Pizarro's gold. The empty dining room on a Friday night during the dinner rush should have served as a clue. RUN DO NOT ORDER HERE YOUR LIFE AND MONEY WILL BE WASTED. This food was so disgusting I threw up. To start it off the lady delivered me and my coworkers food and as I'm going through the bags things are missing but then I start opening the containers and realize the woman had mixed our orders together even after we asked for them to be separated so I call and have her come back to help me find the missing chicken for the sweet and sour chicken and she's snatching things out of my hand and I then ask her why she mixed our food together and she said she made a decision to mix them together because they were going to the same place (so cheap) so after that I open my crab ragoon and they are hard as a rock my orange chicken was under cooked and the sauce tasted like water my combination rice tasted like a box of flour I threw all of that food in the garbage.
