Dunkin' — Restaurant in Burlington

I had an amazing experience when I just went to Dunkin' at 240 Middlesex Turnpike Ext. in Burlington, MA. The staff was kind and inviting from the time I stepped in, smiling as they greeted every customer. The space itself is modern, light, and clean, making it a great place to grab a snack or coffee. Regarding the menu, Dunkin' always offers a fantastic assortment of drinks, and this visit was no exception. I got their standard iced coffee with a shot of caramel, and it was exactly the proper amount of coffee flavor without being overly sugary. The ice didn't immediately dilute the coffee, which may occasionally be an issue elsewhere, and the coffee was fresh. I also got a Glazed and a Boston Kreme, two of their specialty donuts. They were both wonderful! The donuts were the ideal accompaniment to my coffee because they were soft, fresh, and just the proper amount of sweet. Additionally, I saw that they served a selection of breakfast sandwiches and other delicacies, which I will most certainly sample when I return. The speed of service was very remarkable. I didn't have to wait long for my order because the personnel worked quickly despite the busy location. Additionally, the drive-thru line was moving swiftly, which is usually advantageous for people who are pressed for time. Overall, this Dunkin' location surpassed my expectations by providing exceptional customer service in addition to delicious food and coffee. This is a great Dunkin Donuts very convenient for me to grab a coffee on my way to work the bad thing about this Dunkin Donuts is they installed this new program where you can call ahead and order your stuff and they get it ready and it's just on the windowsill waiting for you to come and pick it up well yesterday I went in and I was kept waiting for a good 10 to 15 minutes for my bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel because they were more concerned with getting the orders ready that we're going to sit on the windowsill then they were the actual people standing there waiting for their orders to be filled I was almost late for work because of this that was the worst program that ever installed in Dunkin Donuts because now they don't pay attention to the actual people standing there actually waiting for their orders they're more concerned with getting the orders done that sit on the windowsill they need to get rid of that new system and just go back to the old way where you staying at the register and you place your order because that new system just takes away the attention from the actual people standing there in...
