As a BHS student, I have long been loyal to this Dunkin (going probably 4 days a week), and have tolerated a lot of nonsense. However, I am saddened to say that it is no longer worth wasting my money 😖 Last time, I placed a mobile order about 10 minutes before arriving. The store was empty, but I still had to wait over 15 minutes after arriving before my drink was ready, during which the employee picked up my cup with his fingers touching the interior surface of it. I was in a hurry after having to wait, so I did not check to see if my drink had been made correctly before I left. I had ordered a caramel signature latte with oat milk. Y’all, all that was in that cup was caramel, oat milk, and whipped cream. No coffee. (See photo) Between countless wrong orders, interactions with rude employees, disregard for sanitation, and watching the employees kids run around touching peoples drinks, I am devastated to part with my beloved Dunkin 😢🙏❤️🩹 also shoutout to the few workers there who have been nothing but kind to me y’all are my homegirls and thank u for holding...
Read moreThis used to be my number one Dunkin to visit. They always got my order right and the staff were very outgoing and friendly. My last two visits have been the opposite. The staff ignores the customers, and lacks basic customer service skills. I waited at the register for several minutes before anyone even greeted me and then when they finally did it was to tell me they would be with me shortly. The coffee has been cold to warm each time. I was just there about 20 minutes ago and it took close to 10 minutes to get my order even though no one was ahead of me. The person who is in charge of this location is the WORSE manager (if you want to call that) I have ever met iny life. I am not concerned about him ...in fact I am concerned about the district manager who believes the Burlington manager is doing a good job. Please!!!!
