Weirdly creepy at night. Zero camping for homeless citizens here. And the park ranger Neil is a con artist who likes "helping the homeless" move camps that are more likely"legal in the eyes of the state/town" then harassing the people till they either vacate or abandon the site and belongings, if not he will TRESPASS THEM. AND move you along somewhere else and do it all over again. He steals belongings out of people tents. Tries to claim their property as "STOLEN" but don't worry cuz he will RETURN ur belongings he took for authority to catch you with. Battery park is a nice park for children and all but as for others .. well I say just watch out for that overly helpful cheery park ranger Neil. He isn't what he makes himself...

This park is cute and located not too far from a police station. We also saw some food trucks on the night we visited.

There is also a small playground here, plus plenty of field space for kids to run around in.

Parking is nearby, but only for 2 hours, but that should be enough time to do what...

Perfect Spot to Relax and Enjoy the View

This is a great place to unwind and take in the magnificent views of Lake Champlain, especially during sunset—it’s absolutely beautiful and peaceful.

There’s plenty of space to sit and relax, making it ideal for a quiet break or a casual outing. A food truck nearby adds to the charm, offering snacks or a quick bite while you enjoy the scenery.

There’s also a play area for kids, so it’s a family-friendly spot where everyone can enjoy their time.

Whether you’re looking for a quiet moment or a simple hangout with good views and good food, this place is...
