Extremely disappointment with the service and declining quality of food. We used to order a lot for parties but recently started noticing poor quality. Today when we placed 3 orders of seekh kebab the guy promised it was being made fresh but upon receiving and opening the boxes just 20 minutes later, we noticed kebabs were completely cold, dry and shrunk. It was definitely not made today. It was not even warm and not juicy at all. When we called back to mention our concern, the guy was extremely rude and said we should not place order again with them instead of accepting their fault. Please note kebabs stay warm and juicy for at least 1 hour after being made and we had picked our order withing 20 min of ordering. We'll see how health department will look at a restaurant posing serious health concerns to people's health. —————— So the owner responded to my review that he’ll offer some fresh kebabs but I’m not sure how truthful that is. Is that going to be replacement for my previous order or he wants me to pay again in hopes that maybe this time they will make my order fresh? He told me over the phone that I should never order from them or go to their restaurant again so...
Read moreI reccomended this restaurant before covid to everyone. Price and service was good. This review is from my past experiences the last 3 years. The buffet price went from $9.99 to $16.99 and now they only offer water bottles for sale . No tap water. I asked last month for tap water and was hesitantly giving a glass. Today I was told they don't offer tap water and needed to purchase a bottle. They used to have a small daily crowd and food moved... Not anymore. Food isn't as fresh as it used to be. Between the huge price jump (I get it food costs are up so high, but now I have to purchase bottles of water eating spicy Indian food.) I understand the price increase but the food quality and now having to add $7 dollars for a few bottles of water is ridiculous. I went without the usual amount of water I drink because of the money factor. To top it off, no AC. It's 93 degrees and we sat eating our lunch sweating the whole time! I went with a friend who I haven't seen in awhile and we stayed to chat after we ate and it was uncomfortable, but the conversation was good. I used to go every month but slowly its went to every other month. Don't think I will...
Read moreIt's a pretty small place. I don't think you could fit more than 15 people in here. They also have a rather small menu BUT their food I believe is good quality. The woman behind the register was friendly and helpful as I had a few questions about the establishment. We got the large portion of Paneer Tikka masala and the chicken Tikka masala both medium spicy. They come with I believe yellow rice. We also got a onion naan, garlic naan, and samosas. Everything was freshly made. Still hot as I got it back home which isn't far but I'm pretty sure you could drive for an hour and it would still be at the very least warm by the time you get it home to eat. The chicken was juicy and tender. The paneer was soft but firm. Neither were too spicy cuz from my experience Indian and Thai restaurants level of spiciness can vary from restaurant to restaurant. I also noticed that their buffet area was back open! Which I'm very eager to try out next time I get a chance. So it might not be the biggest or most elaborate but in a pinch they're great. Give...
