Bernice I’m guessing is the manager, she needs to be retrained at the position or demoted. But would probably be best to fire her. She was super rude. About a few iced coffees. I literally just started getting them a week ago. And that’s because my girl recommended them. And the first one I had was SOOOO GOOOD! I was HOOKEDDDD!!! But it was a young black lady that made the drinks for me. And I mean they were the best I’ve had. I think she followed instructions very well. For a large iced coffee. Well I started getting 3 the last few nights. So me and my girl have one for work in the morning. So we get our own. And we share the one at night. The next time. The other Hispanic guy with the pony tail did a good job as well. But still not as good as the young lady. So I got them again the next night. Well it was Bernice making them. And honestly. They were not good at all. So I gave them back and asked for more syrup and cream. Because. Instead of the regular amount plus the extra 7 and 7 I paid for. I literally watched her pump just 7. And so I figured well I’ll try it and see how it is. And it was honestly. Just like regular coffee. Not sweet at all. And that’s even with 3 sugar extras supposed to be on there too. So I figured. I’d take them home. And just bite the bullet. Well the next morning I didn’t even want the iced coffee like half way thru. So I threw it out ultimately wasting it. Well guess what I did tonight. I went again. And guess who was there Bernice! Well I sent my girl this time. And she got some food and the drinks. Well how about Bernice left out my fries and so my girl had to go thru the drive thru line again because she’s not the type to go inside when she knows it’s not gonna make them happy cause shes calling them out for leaving the fries it. So my girl goes thru the line and Bernice was very rude about it. And my girl emptied the bag out so she could see which didn’t need to happen for a SMALL FRY!!! Well she gets the fries and youuu guessed it. They were cold! So I eat them anyways. Well I called up to the store just to get her name for my review. And she refused. So I went BACKKK UP THERE! Well I then asked her to add more syrup to the drinks. And she tried snatching the drinks saying she will give me a refund. Well I didn’t want that. I wanted more syrup. So I asked her again. She still refused. So I finally got her terrible name. Well I then went around the drive thru and Dorrie came up trying to politely speak to me about my frustrations and Bernice came around the corner running her mouth cussing and stuff saying I needed to leave cause she offered me a refund. So then she walks away and me and dorrie continue to talk, she was so understanding, and honestly I know if Bernice wasn’t walking around irate then dorrie would have gave me some syrup cause she didn’t see a problem with it. I think the owners name is Jeff, I told her that I was gonna speak to Jeff and give her a compliment and asked her name. I also went to the second window again and asked Bernice. Politely if she would just add the syrup for my drinks. So I can have a good coffee for work in the morning. She started hollering in the restaurant idk if it was at employees or me. Read moreTerrible attitude from the young girl at the drive through. After paying for my order I pulled up to the next window and the worker tried to hand me a small drink when I or Large. She tells me "well that's what the order says". I said "ok, but I still want a large drink". She tells me ok, but it will be more money. I was like ok, still want the drink. She gets agrivated and goes and asked someone about the price difference. When she come back she tells me the difference, but now with attitude. I said "nice attitde, I wasn't the one that mixed up the order" her responce was ooh I don't have an attitude ! Then makes a face at me. By the time I got my drink I felt like this child was challenging me to fight. The manager finally hands me my drink and tell her "walk away, this is a customer" and apologises to me. The girl comes back and glares at me over the manager. Again the manager tells her to walk away. I was floored by the behavior over such a petty lil mistake on an order. Manager assured me she would "handle that". Week later, same girl at drive through tonight, with same attitude. Took my money, then turn her back to make a face at her coworker. Her coworker said "you got this" and the girl slammed the window shut behind herself and walked off, coworker opened window and gave me my change. Got my order, after having to wait in a parking spot (for a six piece tender) and big surprise...my order was wrong. They only gave me a 3 piece. There are so many other places to spend my money, that I will never spend it there again. Read moreIf I could leave a ZERO star review I would. I have lived in the area for roughly 5 years now. So it doesn’t matter whether we’re talking pre or post pandemic; it seems to be that this particular location cannot find adequate employees. I think we can all agree that when it comes to eating out, it is all about customer service. Regardless of the grade of restaurant; fast food, carry out, mom & pop, 5 start sit down restaurants, etc…The food could be prepared by Jesus himself, but if the customer service is poor, I will avoid that restaurant by all means. Of course many McDonald’s customers choose to dine there for the convenience, but this location has such dissatisfying service, that I will drive 10 mins farther across town to spend money at a location that knows how to treat their customers. It is not just one particular employee, supervisor, shift lead, or manager. I have had MANY of unpleasant encounters at this locations across my 5 years of residing on this side of town. One can clearly indicate that the upper management of this location have a tendency of training all of their staff in this manner. I have even called the customer service number listed on the receipts at least three times to try and express the issues noticed at this location and have never received a response. I also note that I have several neighbors and fellow community members that feel the exact same way about the inconvenience of this location.
