I was getting gas today April 7th at 10am at the pumps to the right when you pull in from Jacksonville road. I drive a bmw that requires 90 octane rating or better. The gas attendant ask how can he help me. Very nice guy. I told him $20 premium cash. He had recommended to me that I get the 89 octane because it mixes the higher and lower octane rating together so I’m still getting 92 octane. I took the time to educate him that Bmw does not have an anti knock sensor and requires at least a total of 90 to 91 octane rating at the minimum. He told me his friends have 745 Bmw and they use the middle grade and I’m wasting my money. I did not come to wawa for financial advise nor did I come there to get auto advise. He clearly doesn’t know the long term effect that a lower octane rating has on a Bmw. He told me this info with confidence. If I was an uninformed customer I may have believed him and years down the road could of damaged my engine with high costs. I recommend that your gas employees continue to be friendly but refrain from giving financial and...
Read moreWent in for a pack of cigarettes, line is long. Customer in front of me ask for a pack of cigarettes, got him product and left. I walk up and ask for the same pack of cigarettes and was told I need my id. Hold on ma'am, I said to the clerk, why are you carding me but didn't card the previous customer. Looking stupid she said oh you look young. Thanks but if you going to card one you should card all regardless. I went outside to get my id and take back in to hear the clerk talking about me to the customer that was behind me.I was upset and request the manager. I try to just go with the flow but this clerk does not need to service the public if she has a problem with different races because we all come in wawa and buy products. I don't think the clerk works there anymore. She might have gotten too many complaints about her and was let go. I hope with this or her next job she will realize that the world has change and people can either deal with it or just stay home. Be upon yourself. Thanks...

From what I learned, after leaving of course, it’s a giant red straw. Not the biodegradable one I was given after bringing up I paid for the reusable straw. (Which cracked literally 5 secs down 130). Would have been very useful since I am a Wawa smoothiholic. I tried the new watermelon with Red Bull. Yum. Great smoothie. Bad customer service experience. Thanks young lady for that. It was only $0.49, but it’s still the principle of the matter. I paid for something I...
