The man taking our order was very accurate to the point n friendly the grl who brought out the food was very bubbly friendly everything was a good experience was a 10 min wait on the food but u could taste everything was fresh and see everything was packaged nice and not messy the libertyhill sonic we don't go to any more they r the worst so we usually go to leander sonic which they do a great job to but due to weather and traffic being backed up we chose to go to burnet and it was truly not regretted the made our nice wonderful we even sat n the car as our family ate a great meal enjoyed our shakes felt comfortable we don't commute or associate in burnet for almost anything we absolutely do not like their police force but this sonic experience was so surprisingly great I'm putting my feeling aside about them and really just want to shout out for the employees Thursday 09-31-2021 sonic n burnet thank you guys ur doing a noticeably awesome job wish all sonics could b...

First time, food took forever to come out, but I thought it was because it was busy.

Second time I came here, it took over 15 minutes to get our food. I dismissed the delay to church rush as we were visiting at noon on Sunday. Food was fresh and didn't taste old so whatever.

But oh my, I was very clearly wrong. Against my better judgement, I came back a third time. We waited for over 30 minutes for our "meal". I was so angry about the wait, that we almost left and were planning on a charge back because the staff wouldn't answer us when we kept buzzing them.

When the food finally got there, it was clear that had been sitting under a heat lamp for over 15 minutes. Easily the driest burger I've ever had in my life. The onion rings were horribly soggy and completely inedible.

This used to be one of the best sonics around. Not anymore. I really miss the employees they had. If there were any problems with my orders, it was easy to fix. Now I just make sure everything is there. At one time, it didn't matter which employees were on shift. One by one, my favorite people working there were gone, including the young general manager who seemed to bring this location back to life. Now the employees are barely able to hold this place together, and do not have the " family unity" and happy feel it used to have. The Liberty Hill location is the same. I wonder if they are supervised by the same upper management. Good employees are hard to come by and should be taken care of. Not knowing how to keep a good thing going is a direct reflection of...
