When I entered I noticed millions of finger prints on entrance door. Couldn't find any hand sanitizer anywhere. Lobby was empty. 4 employees had there back turned to me. 2 of them making coffee 2 were talking. I used the time to choose breakfast sandwich inside the glass window. Noticed a 🪰 fly roaming around sitting on the food. Slide door in back window was open. Finally I hear a friendly "hello" I ask if I can get a sandwich fresh from the back because the fly was already sitting on most of the sandwiches. She said no problem. Slide door is open so you see the items better behind the Glas. It get foggy if they vlose it. I ask for hand sanitizer. She smiled. Noticed no one was wearing a mask anymore. Didnt know smoking in your private vehicle was against a Texas state law but apparently the very rude barista at Burnet, Tx location tries to tell people it is. She told me it was a state law that I couldnt smoke within 30 feet of building. She rudely told me to put cigarette out and asked if I paid for my drinks yet. I said no one has come to get our card. She yanks card from my fiancés hand and never came back to window other than to shove the card back in his face. We will never stop here again. Have never had a rude barista until today.
