I got in I got out, the order was accurate and the speed of service was very good, missed your typical fast food in the place if you're into that kind of stuff if you want a quick bite to eat that's not going to take a whole long time and no hassle this is your place, I gave this place five stars because it met every one of my criteria for a fast food restaurant clean, speed of service, it got the order right every time I went, the staff is polite and friendly, and the quality of food looks like they actually took the time to make your order right... What else can you ask for in a fast food place right? Well I'll tell you actually you can ask for nicer people on little less road rage when it comes to the two drive-thrus merging together people, please have some courtesy when someone gives their order before you and don't cut them off that just ends up in a bad situation for everybody. Just wait your turn because it screws them up with the window anyway if you were supposed to go before them then they'll probably get your food then they'll be even more mad cuz they were in a hurry and they had to go back in so just wait your turn please we're all adults if your behind the wheel so I'm scared acting like that I suppose and I'm not saying this to the people out there that don't do it because obviously that would be moot, you know who you are and you know if you do this practise or are an instigator. Read moreThe food was ok. That was not the issue. The customer service was complete trash. Everything was fine until I got to the last window to pick up the food. A gentleman confirmed my order and kindly said, “just a minute.” About a minute later, a lady brought the food to him and he handed it to me. As soon as the food was placed into my hands, she said, “hold on, let me see that bag for a minute.” I glanced over because I know once the food is out the window, it shouldn’t go back in. I guess because I looked unsure, she started talking to the gentleman, after I handed the bag back anyway, and said with an attitude, “never mind, she don’t have to let me see I was just trying to make sure I gave her the right sandwich!” What?! I never said a word, but you should know better. The gentleman apologized, and I said thanks because that entire conversation from Her was unnecessary. Tell me you have horrible customer service without telling me you have horrible customer service. Read moreI am changing my review. 5 years ago I gave 5 stars, Unfortunately the place has drastically gone down hill. I went through the drive through and received a Dr Pepper that did not have enough syrup in it. It tasted bad and you could see the color was way too light. I asked for another one, which I received, but it was just as bad as the first. Please know I am very consciencious of how hard fast food employees work and how rude customers can be. I was very kind and polite. I said that this drink was also not right. The attendant (who was being nice) called the manager over. The manager became unreasonably upset and said that is the color it's supposed to be, that the drink was fine and violently slammed the drive through window in my face. The anger she displayed over a drink was unbelievable. I used to go to this McDonalds several times a week. I now drive out of my way to go to a different location.
