We enjoy the food ,but it is a busy location, The waitress we had suggested the 79 cent wing special they were hot, I asked her for a drink and she forgot and my mouth was burning . when she returned with food for other patrons I reminded her ."please may I have my drink, she apologized and returned several minutes later with it. then for 45 minutes we never saw her or any one else for that matter..My wife suggested we could just leave if we wanted to ,as it was late and she needs to get up for work. After a painfully long time our waitress came back with the bill .She apologized again ,because she was in the back working on a big order or something.She charged me the regular price for the dozen wings. When i corrected her on the charges ,she took 10 minutes to return with my bill . she changed it, but then added a extra 79 cents for a ranch cup she forgot to charge me from the first bill,However when I ordered 12 wings and she asked if I wanted blue cheese or ranch, I said both please, and then she asked if I would like celery too without telling me that it would cost more as well.. Just seems if they make a mistake and make you wait for a long time , they wouldn't be so quick to get offended by their mistakes. I kind of felt I was not welcome to return . I still tipped her well Must have been a bad day for them, It sure was for my wife and I. but my meal was ok , my wife had the recommended onion soup and chicken melt that was...

What the heck happened? We have eaten here 4 times in the last 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our meals the first 3 times (THATs why we kept coming back). Today (Mon., Nov. 29th) was a total fail. The rice was BAD. Hard, dry and fermented. We nicely informed our server and she brought it to the attention of the kitchen and returned to say that they agreed with us in that they thought it might not be good when they sent it out. WHAT THE HECK? Did she just admit that the kitchen willingly and knowingly allowed us to be served questionable food? Are you kidding me? NEVER again will we allow this place to jeopardize our health. The fish was complete mush and the onions were also fermenting (going bad). The table next to us also requested different food items be brought out as their burger toppings were bad. This is completely unacceptable. I hate wasting money and this was a terrible waste. This was not our servers fault and we tipped her quite well. This wasn’t just getting the taste or texture wrong, this was a health hazard and we may even report it. It’s time the inspector came around. Professionalism in the kitchen was not of any priority today. When we utilized the bathroom facilities, the kitchen music was blaring so loud you couldn’t even hear the TVs that they have going in the bathrooms....

The only time we've been and won't be going back. We ordered to entrees, and both were screwed up. Luckily, we also ordered wings, and they came out fine. My fiancés' food was cold (fries ( which was supposed to be an upcharged Buffalo bacon rach side)) and steak). Waitress acted like we didn't discuss the upcharge and argued slightly until I said food IS COLD. When his food finally came back, fries didn't have the bacon. We were done with waiting and took it how it came with just Buffalo and ranch on it. Now, onto my meal. I ordered the tenders and shrimp basket and requested shrimp to be grilled and was told I would receive more than six because they are tiny. I also got curly fries. My food came to the table with grilled chicken and fried shrimp with curly fries. My fries were warm. When my chicken and shrimp (because they left me the fries) came back right, there were only 6 tiny grilled shrimp. The Waitress did apologize again but did not offer a discount or anything for our inconvenience. Hence, we will not be back. If you go, just order wings. And don't expect anything more than an apology if they mess up your food. It was not worth the argument for us after waiting another 20 minutes for our meals. Just a...
