Arby's — Restaurant in Butler

Always the best when it comes to "The Meats". I always order their 2/%6 Greek Gyros. I love them and you get a lot for just $6. I have one and it about fills me up. My daughter has the other with no Tomato which they are excellent about putting that 'no Tomato sticker' on the wrapper. Some places still wont do that. But this Arbys is great at it. This way your not digging through someone else's food pooking to ser if there is a tomato or Onion in that case on it. During the Thankgiving Holiday weeks, They have the absolute best Turkey Club and Sandwiches with the Cranberry sauce and the bread that ain't your ordinary whit sandwich bread has that straight from the deli taste that is so good indeed. And also I love their seasonal floats. The Orange Cream is in now. It's delish. Around March or so They got the delicious Mint ones too. And I will always love Arby's Mozz sticks with Marinara dipping sauce and Jalapeno bites with that Bronco Berry sauce. You cant get enough of either; and their $1.99 coupon price is awesome for them. And there are some sandwiches they have that I havnt tried yet, that I certainly...

Got home from drive thru.

Forgot my Drink. That happens. Forgot my Au Jus for my French Dip. Still ok. Only filled my large fry about a third of the way up. Simple mistake.

When I inquired if that looked like a large or if there was a mistake...I was told it was full when they gave it to me, no one would only fill it that far up and I was accused of apparently scheming to get extra fries, I guess?

Bear in mind this is after I made a return trip due to the fact they forgot my drink and Au Jus.

I chose to give back all my food and I didn’t ask for a refund. Nor will I.

I don’t appreciate being called a liar. Especially from a place I used to visit 2-3 times a week.

I stopped at this Arbys on my way home and got the 2 for 6 classic roast beef sandwiches, the mozzarella sticks and a drink. There was a problem during my visit, they mistakenly rung up 2 chedder sandwiches. I learned that i dont like those due to the sause and bun as i tried to eat one of the sandwiches as to not waste food. I got disgusted and asked to speak to the manager. They promptly resolved the issue. Also their dine in area does not have power outlets, i was told when i ordered that there was a few seats that do have them but i wasn't able...
