The service was terrible. There was just one other table eating when we arrived. We seated ourselves and waited forever to take our drink order. When she did come we were ready to order but another table came in and sat down and she went over to them saying she would be right back. She instead took their order and ignored us. She finally came back and we ordered but i ask a question about a certain dish as to if it were served cold or hot because my son had ordered it before and it was cold. I was told it was a hot dish and would be served hot. I ordered the dish and as I started eating found it was cold. The waitress never came back to check on us so I ate about half of my cold food. We tried to flag down our waitress but she was too busy taking care of the other people. She finally came back with the bill and we ask for a few to go containers for the few items we didn't finish. I told her that my meal was cold and as I was packing it to go she ask if I wanted her to heat it up. She came back with our credit card and then informed me that the dish I ordered was indeed supposed to be served on the cool side, why didn't she know this when I ordered? We have been going to this restaurant since it opened and had loved the food and the services was excellent. But since the original waitress left the service us awful. She is disorganized, unhelpful and unfriendly. The time before this we were given the check and not ask if we wanted anything else like dessert. (The pumpkin custard is a favorite). I'm not sure we will go back there again, maybe we will order it as a take out to avoid dealing with...

Double check that the staff understands your order, it feels like English is not their first language. I also want to address the fact that there's quite a lot of gluten-free items available!
I want to start this review by saying that I've already looked at the 1 star reviews this place has. Looks like many of them are menu mix-ups or complaints about reheated food. The reheated food complaints are my favorite because they both have pictures of take-out containers, meaning the customer took the food home, heated it up in their microwave or whatever, then complained that it was reheated. Absolutely amazing.
My gf and I started with steamed buns. They come stuffed with pork and goodies. The buns themselves were an excellent texture and nice and sweet but not overly sweet, and the sauce was amazing! Definitely lots of pork included. I somehow forgot to take a picture when the plate came out, so I've attached a picture of a steamed bun with a bite taken out of it. Please forgive me.
For my appetizer, I ordered Pineapple Fried Rice spicy level 0 with chicken as the protein. My gf ordered Red Curry spicy level 5. Both meals were excellent! Very well flavored, excellent texture!
I also highly recommend the bubble milk tea! I ordered Taro with a little extra sugar, and it...
Read moreButler has bubble tea now!! Thank goodness because Butler needed something new and fresh. I have the option of driving down to Cranberry or Butler for dinner and boy! I'll be driving up here weekly for this place.
My first visit consisted of the Duck Curry (level 5) and sticky mango rice. This is hands down some of the best thia food I've had. Nikkis is great but that's too far of a drive for a weekly visit.
If you haven't had the mango sticky rice it's a must! Normally sticky rice doesn't compare 😂
I will say the spice levels are not spicy spicy, but I love tearing up and sniffing when I'm eating amazing curry. On my second visit my partner and I both got the green curry. I got a 5 and he got a 10 which weren't marked. Lucky for me neither seemed spicy. However I'm sure if you are a zero level person anything would be spicy to you. I updated my third visit to a 8 so I shall see how that holds ups.
If you are looking for perfectly balanced blend of curry and coconut mil k then this a must stop!
I hope Butler can support them and...
