Update -DUNKIN should be embarrassed to have their name on this site. Don't they have a regional manager?
I'm dumb and keep trying this place. They just suck all of the time. It's bad inside and out. Last visit I sat in the window waiting and when finally greeted with nothing but my total, I asked to add hash browns and was told, "no ". My order also, again, wasn't correct and their once amazing hot chocolate, now tastes like plastic and chemicals.
I've also heard some nasty sanitary issues from a previous employee. Maybe it's gotten better but I doubt it.
I understand what Dunkin' is and not to expect the best of anything, so this is written with that in mind, however, I believe they have learned to rely on their name and the app for their business and really don't care about customer service.
I have to say this place has so many issues and it just doesn't improve. I can't understand why, maybe it's the money they pay the staff, I don't know. Awful shakes when Baskin was there, undercooked orders, and staff that is just clock in clock out , which I do understand because who wants to work there. But even the older gentleman who I heard owns it, is just awful. Today I had a really nice guy at the window, and even though my issue wasn't solved, he was really friendly and that's why it added a star. But overall this location never fails to fail.

Read moreAbsolutely hands down the worst Dunkin I've ever been to and has no business remaining open. It is the only Dunkin on my way to work and can't be trusted with anything besides black coffee. Messed up many of my orders, here's the most recent. I slowly and very specifically asked for a caramel cold brew with half and half. When handed to me, unmixed, I again asked to make sure "is there caramel in this? And please mix it together for me I can't sit there and swirl it around for three minutes while I drive, use the immersion blender I can see from my car." I am assured that it has caramel, guy takes my drink, swirls it around once with his hand and gives it back looking no different. Of course when I taste it there's no flavor at all and the label says cream, not half and half. I can't avoid getting my Dunkin coffee here but from now on I will go inside, repeat my instructions three times, watch them make every step and reject any unacceptable result, because these clowns don't know how to run a business and three step instructions are...
Read moreI ordered a sandwich with no cheese as I have an allergy. The person taking the order repeated the no cheese order. I pulled away and realized they had put cheese on the sandwich.This has happened numerous times in the past and I had stopped going to this location due to the orders be filled incorrectly. I was dumb enough to give them another shot. I called the direct number and no answer. I then called corporate and after explaining the situation they advised that they would have the owner call me within 48 hours. Dunkin had all of my information from past complaints to them. The resolution from the owner was a form email with no specifics to my complaint but offered to make a new sandwich. They named two people to see and one of them took and made the order. This location is so poorly run I am amazed it is still open. Google needs to upgrade there system and allow less...
