The customer service at this location is usually wonderful, but there is one young man who makes the entire experience absolutely miserable. He is tall, thin, with shaggy brown hair, and from what I’ve observed, he appears to be a manager since I’ve seen him training employees. Unfortunately, instead of leading, he belittles. He talks down to the staff, humiliates them, and leaves them visibly flustered and upset. It is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.
His treatment of customers is just as unacceptable. Every time I encounter him at the window, he is rude, short-tempered, and dismissive. He has snatched my card right out of my hand, shoved food at me, and slammed the window without so much as a word. When the automated ordering system makes a mistake, he directs his frustration at the customer instead of handling it calmly. On top of that, I can hear him yelling at his coworkers from the kitchen—something no customer should have to listen to.
I am not the only one who has noticed his behavior. Several people I’ve spoken to have experienced the exact same treatment from him. It’s clear this is not just a bad day here and there; this is a pattern. Quite frankly, it gives the entire restaurant a bad name despite the hard work of the other employees who are doing their jobs well and treating customers with respect.
This young man is too angry, too disrespectful, and too unprofessional to be working in a customer service environment, let alone training new hires. Something needs to be done immediately. I don’t know what is going on with him personally, but he either needs serious retraining—or he needs to find another line of work, because his behavior is completely unacceptable. I would gladly help him pay for therapy or anger management services.
To the rest of the staff: you are wonderful, and your kindness does not go unnoticed. But to this one employee—I sincerely hope management addresses your behavior before everyone quits and customers...
Read moreI would like to make people aware that for your own safety avoid this restaurant. I was at this restaurant the other day. I was about to sit there and do my homework and an employee approached me asking me to sign a sheet of paper. The sheet of paper is a paper for customers who are dining to sign so there is a way to contact them should there be a case of COVID-19 that roots back to the restaurant. I had no problem signing the sheet of paper. In the middle of me writting my phone number down. The employee came back to my table stood there as she watched me fill out the paper. The employee then acted aggressively towards me by leaning forward and then taking the piece of paper from my hand and running back to the counter. I went to the counter to let her know that I did not want her to have my phone number.. I told them that I wanted to leave the restaurant but I did not want them to have my personal information. After a few minutes of her mocking the accent in my voice and making threats against me for refusing to allow the restaurant to have my personal information. She went to the back and started calling the police on me. She attempted to file a false police report after I attempted to talk a Hispanic employee, in spanish, about the situation, requesting that I could simply scribble out my phone number because I did not want them to have it. After I was able to retrieve my personal information I immediately left the restaurant.
I went to a restaurant across the street where I was met with another threat, threatened with the law, and asked to leave the premises while they were coincidentally on the phone.
The employee was one of the managers in there. This restaurant needs new management and crew.
I considered this to be threatening and...
Read moreShould’ve read the reviews before placing order with Uber eats.. had a late night order 1-1:15am driver showed up at 1:45. 5 minutes later they cancelled while Uber eats said my order was being prepared. At this point close to 2:15. Other driver coming from across town ends up telling me that they’re closed when he arrived and cancelled my order, when it said it was still being prepared, I call the driver and he states that they told him they’re closed. I call the store at 2:30am wondering what happened to y order he says to someone else thinking I can’t hear him “I’m not trying to argue with this lady” and then claims that they made my order so the Uber driver must’ve ate it. I explained that I had two Uber drivers drive across town to pick the order up and I doubt they did that and that if they weren’t going to make it they should’ve just cancelled. We continued to argue. He has someone in the back telling him what to tell me. He said “well im not going to lie we’re closed” I asked what time do you close? Confused by my answer he said 1:45. When I ask for his name or to put me on the phone with a manager he refused to put on the phone with the person in his ear then refused to tell me his name. Then claimed to be the manager. Then told me everyone could hear me. When he reluctantly gave me his name. “Robert” I hung up after that. From what it sounds like there’s Young and incompetent employees working here, fast food shouldn’t be this difficult and customer service shouldn’t be this complicated! Stay away...
