Their food is always disgusting. Their vegetables are always withered and should be not used. They are always out of meats & bread at all different hours. Everytime you get a fountain drink, it has no flavor or carbonation. They always have Indian music playing over the loud speakers. Their employees can’t speak up so you can hear what they are saying and move as slow as molasses. Takes them 30 mins to make a sub.
They fired someone in my family because she said she couldn’t come in when they called her because someone was sick& she was out of town for requested time off. I would like to say she’s 14 & was willing to work as much as she could every day after school before she started her sport & her availability turned to weekends only.
They leave minors to work in the store by themselves & don’t reprimand the adult employee who did it. We had to go down there and sit so the 14 year old wasn’t alone with a store full of customers. They don’t abide by the state laws that says 14 year olds can’t work after 7 pm & tried having her close at 10 pm on school nights. We finally ageeed to 9 pm because it was a constant fight. Read moreWe placed an order online. Upon walking in one employee was finishing up two subs. The other employee, who doesnt speak or understand English, looks at us and says something like "Hi". I said we placed an order online and are here to pick it up, she shakes her head then goes back to whatever she was doing. The other employee sets two subs on the counter then walks to the back room, not saying a word. About another twelve minutes goes by, another customer walks in, places his order with the employee who cant understand english and starts making a sub for him. I go up to the counter, and I ask if our subs are done yet. Then three more employees appear from the back room and one of them hands us our now lukewarm subs.
