Tacos Don Jose — Restaurant in Byron Township

As a Real Mexican, this place is a joke and it pissed me off trying to pass that trash as food. Not only is it over price ($13 for 3 tacos), the food was over season and the tacos fell apart before I even picked it up. The plates are cheap and so very limited options. The Wet burritos are what you expect from anywhere where they sell fake Mexican food. Stay away from these people and their fake reviews. The food is gross and they know it.

Edit: why would I care about your experience and yes, my comments were true about your food. You didn’t heat up the tortillas in oil enough to not fall apart. Three tacos are 12.99, check your menu. Yes, over seasoned and gross. Instead of trying to tell me to come to your restaurant so you can tell me how wrong I am , which is disgraceful and disgusting practice as an owner, offer an apology and ask for another chances to provide food that you claim too. "I had the pleasure of being served by Pily during my recent visit and I must say, she truly went above and beyond! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home.

Throughout our meal, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She took the time to answer all our questions about the menu, made excellent recommendations, and ensured that our glasses were always full.

What really impressed me, however, she was exceptional customer service skills. She was friendly, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care about our dining experience. When I accidentally left my credit card at the table, she promptly returned it to me, saving me a lot of hassle.

This was my first time trying this place, and when I went to order, they did explain that they were unfortunately out of steak and chicken, and all they had left was the pork, which was no big deal for me since it was my first time trying it. The food was good and I thought it had good flavor not too spicy but enough to give a little heat. The reason I only give it two stars is the fact that in two separate bites of my wet burrito I found a hair which was very gross. I only ate half of the burrito after finding the second hair. I am not 100% sure but I do not believe the people in the back are wearing hair nets. Not sure if I will go back...
