Lil' Smokey's Barbecue + Catering Trailer — Restaurant in Cañon City

EDIT I appreciate your response, however overworked and frustrated it may be. During the last two days of the True Value- I visited your trailer three times, twice one day and once the other. As these were the first times I had visited, I am looking at everything- this includes the signs. There were no signs or announcements about the move posted. When I came back the last day of true value, there were no signs and when handed my food- told the gentleman (again) how much of a fan I was. Was told thank you but obviously not told anything about the trailer’s move. This is not the customer’s fault, period, whoever it is- me or someone else. To respond with such texted anger to someone who was not told by anyone what was going on, is WILD behavior. To also claim it “tanked” your rating is projecting. It went from a 5 to a 4.9 and like I stated the food is INCREDIBLE.

RECENTLY I discovered this place in Canon City. The people were so friendly and it was the most incredible pulled pork sandwich I have EVER had in my entire life. The food here is seriously amazing.

This place serves the BEST BBQ I've ever had. The food is always consistently good, never missing a beat. Everything is packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. When they were in Canon City, it was our family's go-to spot – we indulged multiple times a month, and you simply can’t get sick of it. Stopped in on our way to crested Butte from Texas, couldn't have been more impressed with the barbecue they absolutely put in a lot of work and a lot of thought into the whole menu everything was original all the sides had their own unique twist we got a sliced brisket sandwich and the brisket platter the brisket was moist flavorful and had a good crust on it, full of spices.
