There was a long wait as I was waiting there I have noticed what appeared to be the manager, giving away a free meal to someone that he hugged when they came then he turned around to get something. Took out all the dining tables so the customer can do half the work for McDonald's! The self-serving register is cool, but it also causes loss to the consumer all while McDonald's gains and has less responsibility! Not to mention the McDonald's is already over staffed...for having twice as many people in the kitchen as any other place in the world, the services is slower than if I had a team of 90 year Olds working!
