We were in an emergency need of a cistern water motor with the pressure tank. We call at 3:48 pm on 12/24. The girl who answered the phone told me “we close at 4:00 pm” I said good I’m at the corner of the Mc Donald light. She replied “oh for us is already 4:00 pm” I said “is 3:50 pm” I told her we will be there soon” she replied “we are already close” to come back on Thursday. I told her “I’m leaving for USA tomorrow” I tried for her to wait for us and she still insisted that they were close. I can’t believe how they lost making over $400.00 just for not waiting 5...

If I could have given them a 0 I would have. I had to urgently buy some materials and arrived 15 minutes before the advertised close time of 5 pm. They did not allow me access to the store saying that these were the manager's orders. This goes against all of the principles of customer service satisfaction. This is not the first time I have experienced terrible customer service at these franchises. I will not step into any of these...

Cheaper alternative to Home Depot without as much inventory. So you will still have to get some products elsewhere. That said I do like the store and go there often for things that they can provide. I would give it more stars, but because of it's size, I can't go...
