McDonald's — Restaurant in Caernarvon Township

i had to wait 10 mins for my food an all i got was a fish that was room temp my fries were heavy an greasy n room temp an i also got 2 burgers an 2 mcchickens which were cold the chicken was hard ...the girl at window 1 needed a personality because when we greeted her by saying hello she didnt respond nor tell us our total an after getting our change we said thank you an have a nice evening an her response was the same answer id get from a bag of rocks an honestley if the bag if rocks were dropped there would have been more of a response out of the rocks n pulled up for food an waited this was at 904 n at 914 we got our food but at least the girl in wibdow 2 serving the food said have a good night....overall not too impressed fir the price of our food n the service / an time waiting was poor at best.....no apologies for the wait....in my opinion the value was not worth the money we spent not sure what has happened to mcds in the last 10 to 15 years ....i believe its more about quantity sold fir bonuses for the stores but the quality n sizes of the servings have decreased .....ithe best menu item is the fish an only if you have to wait on it because it should be hot n made fresh....its when you get your fish within a minute you know its been sitting there n god forbid it gets thrown out...i dont mind waiting for hot fresh food its when the wait is for nothing or employees screwing around n you only eat half of your order because it isnt fresh n hot i feel they should give you the ootion to get it fresh n hot not always fast because sitting in the warmers isnt fresh n it is dried out ....i love when mcds keot it simple just burgers 1/4 pounders big macs n fish with 1 size ff an apple pies i think you should go back to the ild ways keep it simple the quality would be better too many choices is too much opportunity...

What happened to this store? It used to be one of the better McDonalds, but now it's horrendous. I took my family there today, unfortunately. We ordered, then looked for a place to sit. All of the open tables and booths were filthy. Since we already ordered, I grabbed some napkins, used some water from the drink fountain, and cleaned off a table myself. Out food arrives, and it's missing my wife's iced coffee. Not a big deal. We mention it to an employee that was walking by and were told she'd get it right out for us. Nope. After several minutes, we ask another employee as they're walking by, and were told the same thing. Still no coffee. We do this with a third employee, and sure enough, still no coffee. I go up to the counter, and the manager turns her back on me and walks away, so I call her back to the counter and tell her I'm still waiting for my wife's coffee. By this time, my kids are done eating, and both my wife's and my meals are getting cold. An employee finally brings me a coffee and has the nerve to mouth off to me while handing it to me. This location sucks. The employees suck. The manager sucks. I...

Wasn't bad, steady as expected, around noon after going to the Gun Show. No one in line in front of us, which was nice. Told cashier we had the change after given thy total, and to "please give me a second to get it." Disregarded it and said "she couldn't take the change now"...which isn't correct at all, it was a matter of it being $12.02 back and perhaps she just didn't want to do the simple math in her head. It's whatever though. But I will say, you should activately listen, and perhaps try greeting your customers, definitely wouldn't hurt. 🙄

Got serious build up sticky nastiness on the cup lid holding containers....kinda really gross. Might want to grab a napkin to get your lid out there, jussayin.

But the gentleman who called the to go order number and asked if we needed anything else, was incredibly polite and told us to have a nice day. That was the best part of the experience. 😊 Kudos to him!! 😁
