El After Lounge — Restaurant in Caguas

I agree with some of the previous reviews. The food was great but the some of waitresses are annoyingly incapable. We ordered and when the food arrived she failed to offer or even listen when we asked for ketchup. If you're bringing fries you HAVE to bring ketchup!! Or at least offer. Then she failed to bring cutlery. How are we going to eat our food??? With our fingers?🙄 At the end we divided our shares of the check. I had to go to the bar to get someone to take our payment. The waitress was more interested in talking to her coworkers than keep an eye on the tables. I go with 2 cards and tell her to charge $18 of mine. She asks: 18?. I say: yes. She charged me the whole check with 18% of tip... I have 2 cards!! How are you going to charge all in one? After a good meal I just got out with a bad taste in my mouth. Good food 5. ...

I have come to this place several times and always order something different from the menu. Today I ordered a cappuccino and had to return it as it was extremely sweet also ordered French toast breakfast and the waitress who by the way was as the supervisor in charge at the time did not bother to ask on what type of bread I wanted my French toasts nor even mentioned it was on brioche bread. When the order came out it was as on brioche bread and I do not like that bread. Asked her is any other bread available and she said no and that they would not eliminate my order from my ticket. I have never had such a bad experience not only I left without eating breakfast nor having my coffee hit had to pay for something I did not consumed. Will not come here again. Extremely...

I recently had the pleasure of spending an evening at EL After Lounge, and it was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere is absolutely fantastic—chic, vibrant, and perfect for a night out. Our marvelous host, Ms. Lia, was exceptional. Her warm welcome and attentive service made us feel right at home.

The drinks were top-notch, and the finger food was delightful, perfectly complementing the evening. It’s clear that EL After Lounge puts a lot of thought into both their menu and their overall ambiance.
