Romano's Macaroni Grill — Restaurant in Caguas

About a year ago I went with my granddaught4er to the Macaroni Grill it was still great. However, I just went this past Tuesday 28th of June 2022. The servers were still just as nice and attentive. I am sorry to say the food was not. I don't know if they are under new management, or cutting corners because of the increase in prices. The menu had a lot less selections especially in the appitizers. I ordered chicken parmazan. I got two large chicken breast that were breaded and tender. Still they tasted like nothing. Not even like they added salt. "There was paractically no sauce one slice of parmazan cheese. The pasta looked like the one you buy at the supermarket that comes curled up to put in soup. It was with some red sauce that tasted like nothing as well. My friend and I decided we would not return to Macaroni Grill it was such a disappointment. I like this place but I don't love it. The one in San juan is better. But regardless of where I've gone there's always been an issue with service. This time they have me 2 spoons and no knife. I asked for water it took a long time. Asked for the bill it took longer than it took me to eat my meal. We really enjoyed the food which is why it got 4 🌟 but they need to train their staff better or be more selective. And I get it.. trust me I've been a waitress and bartender before but if there's an issue every time it's not me. So go eat, enjoy the food but go with patience. Especially to the one in caguas.

Saturday September 6 went for dinner at there caguas location the service was bad the food took for ever we odered lentil soup it took them 20 + min to serve it . It was cold and could not find the ĺentils had to give it back . Finally 40 min my wife food came first and my food was delayed because they were waiting on the artichokes the girl said i told her to leave them out it took so long that i told my wife to start eating before it got cold by the time i got my food my wife was done with hers and the food was nothing like we remember from the pass .
