I loved and enjoyed coming here. For a store that is open for more than 10 years or so!! It looked grand opening ready! As a former employee & a current stock holder! I did my share of opening stores…. I found my self here while visiting family in PR. Due to my shower-head breaking at my family’s house. The Young lady that assisted us was awesome. She walked us over to the plumbing department. Stayed with us till the end. I must say that I was in “Awe” The store was gorgeous and everyone was engaging with customers. The atmosphere was so pleasant. Everyone was working and all safety practices were being done! Every Aisle was Grand Opening Ready! Kudos to the Store Manager. I was sorry to see there was no name of the store mgr on the receipt like in the US… just a suggestion : All newly promoted SM should be sent to Caguas HomeDepot. They truly have raised the Bar and have the standards High! Had to leave this comment. Great Job to Caguas PR!!!!...

Today my mom and I went to buy floor tiles for one of the rooms in our house. We went to Home Depot Caguas and were deciding between two tile options: the Santi Cielo and the Yulong White. Honestly, this was the first time we were helped by one of the best employees at the Home Depot in Caguas. He explained the differences between the two tiles, helped us compare them, and treated us with kindness and genuine interest. He really knew what he was talking about. He definitely deserves a promotion because we’ve been there before to buy tiles, and for the first time an employee treated us very nicely and kindly, he’s a great person. His name is Daniel Dávila, and he works as a Flooring Specialist. We truly hope he gets a promotion or a raise, because he has a good heart and is very intelligent.
